At the end of every day, my absolute favorite thing to have is my protein mug cake. All warm and toasty, in my hands, warming me up while I snuggle up on the couch. There is simply nothing better 🙂
Well, except maybe how simple it actually is to make them – and even better, to prep them ahead of time for a week! I love putting all of the ingredients in individual bags, and being able to dump them right into my mug right before I want to eat it! No prep, no mess, no thinking!!
If you’re looking for a way to end your day with a “healthy cupcake” – look no further!!!
